Hello, folks, my name is Clinton Paquette. I completed my real estate pre-licensing course on February 21, 1994, at the Southeastern Institute of Real Estate in Southfield, Michigan. Within thirty days of passing the course, I then sat for the State of Michigan Salesperson's Examination. I took that test at the Lake Shore High School in St. Clair Shores. Within thirty days of taking the state exam, I was notified by mail that I had passed the given test. Several years later, I then became a sales associate with Red Carpet Keim Lakeside Real Estate in Shelby Township, Michigan.
To be sure, January of 2002 was many years away. But it came nonetheless, and I began my broker preparation course. I took this course at the Real Estate Education Center in Sterling Heights, Michigan. On May 29, 2002, and while still with Red Carpet Keim, I then sat for my real estate broker's exam. The state test was administered at the Ventura Plaza in Troy, Michigan. I received my mailed results on Friday, May 31. Wow, only two days of uncertainty. I passed!
Needless to say, I was ecstatic. I could now form my own real estate brokerage. Equally important, I would soon be able to implement some of my long-held ideals, many of which I had already experimented with over preceding years, and succeeded.
So, on February 27, 2003, I then went on to form Paquette Realty. My first real estate office was located on 23 Mile Road, in the city of New Baltimore. I stayed at that location until 2005. That same year, I then moved my office to Cass Avenue in Clinton Township, and remained there until 2010. In 2010, I moved once again to my present location in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
