Realtors Wanted

                                               Introduction / Insight

Hello, future agents, my name is Clinton Paquette. Since February 27, 2003, I've been selling and leasing homes in the State of Michigan. Since 2009, however, I've been doing these sales as an independent real estate broker, and not as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). And while I've been content for this prolonged period of time, I now have the desire to rejoin NAR (I'm a former member), and expand my real estate brokerage.

Specifically, my goal is to recruit at least one dozen agents beginning April 22, 2019, and extending into the Autumn months of said year. And while this is a lofty goal for a small real estate company like mine, I truly believe it's an attainable goal.

In closing this introduction statement, I would finally like to say that I'm not seeking to become just another member office among other member offices within a multiple listing service (MLS) organization. This, in my opinion, would be rather boring, and a negative addition to NAR. My objective, instead, is to build Paquette Realty into a lead-by-example real estate company. If I can accomplish this, the National Association of Realtors would benefit as a whole. And I, personally, would be very proud to have contributed my part.

Update:

* As of June 26, 2019, we are now members of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors (GMAR). GMAR is the

largest local board of Realtors in the State of Michigan, with Realtor membership at 8,500 and growing. As a member, we

share our listing information with 12 other Michigan boards of real estate. Because of this vast exposure, sellers win!

* As of June 26, 2019, we are now members of the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR).
* As of June 26, 2019, we are now members of The National Association of Realtors (NAR).

* As of June 26, 2019, we are now members of MiRealSource. MiRealSource is the largest broker-owned multiple listing

service (MLS) in the State of Michigan! Need I say more? I don't think so.

Experienced Agents -- Is it time for change?

Even in the turbulent waters of our daily existence, many of us are still slow to change course for the better. But when conditions are such that they threaten to overtake us, emotionally, it is then time for immediate change. If that need for something better brings you into my office, I can offer you long-term stability, and therefore a brighter future as a Realtor.

To elaborate, my office offers a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere that will enable you to perform to the best of your ability. Equally important, you will also get the support of other Realtors within the office. Needless to say, I value both individualism and the team effort. The two attributes, when combined, can only result in a stronger, more competitive office.

Newly Licensed Agents or Soon-To-Be Licensed Agents

Oh, how time flies. Even though many years have come and gone, it really only seems like yesterday that I received my letter in the mail, notifying me that I had passed my real estate salesperson's examination. With the receiving of that professionally drafted piece of paper, my hopes and dreams had all come to fruition -- my diligence had finally paid off.

Fast-forward to 2019, and a new generation of Realtors, many of you have also received your mailed confirmations. So, the culmination of your efforts have also been rewarded.

That said, you will now be burdened with the task of finding a real estate brokerage. In your search, I only ask that you make one of your calls to my office. Just recently, I've put together a comprehensive plan that will help to launch your real estate career. To discuss the details of that plan, call me at 586.443.0125.

                                               Part-Time is Okay

Since my real estate company welcomes part-time agents, you now have the opportunity to put your real estate license to work for you. Furthermore, because most homeowners work Monday through Friday, and on the day shift, an evening or weekend listing appointment is usually better for them, anyway. And if your task is to write a purchase agreement for a home buyer, this could also be done in the evening, or on the weekend. So, starting out as a part-time Realtor could work out well for you. Equally important, this part-time endeavor could eventually lead to a full-time career in real estate sales. To learn more about my plan for you, call me at 586.443.0125.

                                                Rejected Agents

Because many real estate brokers and sales trainers lack the ability and patience to train new salespeople, they often assert that their failure to train a new agent was due to that person not being trainable, and therefore not meant to have a career in real estate sales. And while this assertion might be correct for a small number of people, the majority of persons, I believe, are very capable of learning new skills, and embracing new ideas. It just takes the right real estate broker or sales trainer to develop those skills and techniques. To schedule a meeting with me, call 586.443.0125. A new beginning is possible!

In part, the following is what our realty company offers

                                 Agent Compensation Plan For 2019

Beginning January 1, 2019, and continuing through December 31, 2019, we are offering a 50/50 commission split up to $10,000. After you pay us that $10,000, and only if you still have time remaining in 2019, you will then be on a 100% commission program, minus only $200 per closed transaction. All agents will be on this January 1 through December 31 plan. Come January 1 of 2020, the commission structure will start anew. The plan is very easy to understand. It is also one of the best in the real estate industry!
