Agents Wanted for House & Condominium Sales

                                              Introduction / Insight

Hello, future agents, my name is Clinton Paquette. Since February 27, 2003, I've been selling and leasing homes in the State of Michigan. From the beginning, and continuing through today, however, I'm still a one-agent real estate company. And while I've been content with my solo status for this prolonged period of time, I now have the desire to expand my brokerage.

Specifically, my goal is to recruit at least one dozen agents beginning January, 2020, and extending into the Autumn months of said year. And while this is a lofty goal for a small real estate company like mine, I truly believe it's an attainable goal.

Now, since I've recently begun to use my open house marketing concept to sell homes, I no longer need the assistance of my local multiple listing service (MLS). So, I will soon terminate my membership with that organization. Since my local MLS is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I will also terminate my membership with that organization. Because of those soon-to-come actions, new agents signing up with my real estate company  will not  have to join those entities. All expenses factored in, the savings will be more than $2,000 per year, per agent. That alone is fantastic news!

Finally, as a real estate agent with my innovative company, you too will use my open house marketing concept to sell single family residential homes and condominiums. The plan is simple to understand. Equally important, it also works!

Experienced Agents -- Is it time for change?

Even in the turbulent waters of our daily existence, many of us are still slow to change course for the better. But when conditions are such that they threaten to overtake us, emotionally, it is then time for immediate change. If that need for something better brings you into my office, I can offer you a brighter future as a real estate agent.

To elaborate, my office offers a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere that will enable you to perform to the best of your ability. Equally important, you will also get the support of other agents within the office. Needless to say, I value both individualism and the team effort. The two attributes, when combined, can only result in a stronger, more competitive arena.

Newly Licensed Agents or Soon-To-Be Licensed Agents

Oh, how time flies. Even though many years have come and gone, it really only seems like yesterday that I received my letter in the mail, notifying me that I had passed my real estate salesperson's examination. With the receiving of that professionally drafted piece of paper, my hopes and dreams had all come to fruition -- my diligence had finally paid off.

Fast-forward to 2020, and a new generation of real estate agents, many of you have also gotten your mailed confirmations. So, the culmination of your efforts have also been rewarded.

That said, you will now be burdened with the task of finding a real estate brokerage. In your search, I only ask that you make one of your calls to my office. Just recently, I've put together a comprehensive plan that will help to launch your real estate career. To discuss the details of that plan, call me at 586.443.0125.

                                               Part-Time is Okay

Since my real estate company welcomes part-time agents, you now have the opportunity to put your real estate license to work for you. Furthermore, because most homeowners work Monday through Friday, and on the day shift, an evening or weekend listing appointment is usually better for them, anyway. And if your task is to write a purchase agreement for a home buyer, this could also be done in the evening or on the weekend. So, starting out as a part-time agent could work out well for you. Equally important, this part-time endeavor could eventually lead to a full-time career in real estate sales. To learn more about my plan for you, call me at 586.443.0125.

                                                Rejected Agents

Because many real estate brokers and sales trainers lack the ability and patience to train new salespeople, they often assert that their failure to train a new agent was due to that person not being trainable, and therefore not meant to have a career in real estate sales. And while this assertion might be correct for a small number of people, the majority of persons, I believe, are very capable of learning new skills, and embracing new ideas. It just takes the right real estate broker or sales trainer to develop those skills and techniques. To schedule a meeting with me, call 586.443.0125. A new beginning is possible!

In part, the following is what my realty company offers

                                 Agent Compensation Plan For 2020

Beginning January 1, 2020, and continuing through December 31, 2020, we are offering a 50/50 commission split up to $8,000. After you pay us that $8,000, and only if you still have time remaining in 2020, you will then be on a 100% commission program, minus only $300 per closed transaction. All agents will be on this January 1 through December 31 plan. Come January 1 of 2021, the commission structure will start anew. The plan is very easy to understand. It is also one of the best in the real estate industry!
